Paradise Port

Paradise Port

Paradise Port in Palm Beach Gardens is a modest boating community unadorned with the bells and whistles that often accompany waterfront communities. There is no private entrance, no traffic light, no fancy landscaping, and no homeowners association.

Paradise Port real estate contains a charming mixture of mismatched houses ranging from original, ranch-style, classic, and Mediterranean designs. Established in the early 1960s, the community harmoniously blends the old and the new.

There are approximately 200 homes in the neighborhood and, except for those located on the western side of Leeward Way Street; all homes boast the same deep-water access to the Intracoastal Waterway.

Paradise Port homes for sale feature three to five bedroom single-family homes and estates that were built between 1960 and 2007. These homes occupy large lots and come with private backyard docks that can accommodate massive yachts and sailboats. Except for the private amenities in each home, the community does not have a clubhouse, community swimming pool or even a hiking trail. But despite its low-key appearance and lack of amenities, many prefer this neighborhood because of its Old World charm, private enclave, and sensational views of the sparkling Intracoastal Waterway.

Paradise Port Palm Beach Gardens is located just off Donald Ross Road and is less than ten minutes away from the Gardens Mall, Burt Reynolds Park, Jupiter Inlet, Jupiter Lighthouse, Abacoa Town Center, and Downtown at the Gardens. While located in desirable Palm Beach Gardens, families are pleased to be zoned for Jupiter’s A-rated school system, which includes Lighthouse Elementary School, Independence Middle School, and William T. Dwyer High School.
